Monday: Timberview Circle
Tuesday: Grand Oak Way, Maple Leaf Rd
Wednesday: Phase 1 Common Areas, any remaining phase 1 homes
Thursday: Timberbrook Dr, Timber Cove Ct
Friday: Phase 2 Common Areas, Greenleaf Pass, Cedarwood Dr.
Proposed weekly cut schedule subject to change due to weather, and other causes outside our control.
Lawn Maintenance Schedule:
Mondays: Timberview Circle
Tuesdays: Grand Oak, Maple Leaf Rd
Wednesdays: Any remaining phase 1 homes, Phase 1 common areas
Thursdays: Timberbrook Dr. Timber Cove Ct.
Fridays: Phase 2 common areas, Greenleaf Pass, Cedarwood Dr.
Any additional work in common areas will be done while working through each area listed above. This includes berm areas, beds in all common areas at entrances and clubhouse, i.e.: weed control, bush trimming, etc.
*NOTE- Rain will adversely affect the mowing schedule. Mowing wet yards will tear up the sod and create an unsightly lawn.
